Several years ago, I found myself stressed out, burnt out, and ultimately not happy. I kept up with appearances and pretended to be okay but inside I was so angry at myself for not feeling more fulfilled with my life. I was a successful student athlete, I earned a master's degree, I was in a long-standing relationship, I had made the move to NYC and worked to earn a decent salary & career - how could I not be happy!? On the surface I had all the makings of a 'successful' life. But underneath I bottled up my anger and judgement for my continued fertility challenges, botched labor/delivery for my daughter, poor coping strategies, and feeling like my body failed me. I felt like a lost soul masquerading as a person.

Through the fog I had a wakeup call that guided me back to my intuition and invited me to start healing. Along the way I realized that I have always been drawn to helping others and it was my true passion. I have worked as a professional in Mental Health Counseling/Social Services, Higher Education, and have a lengthy career in Learning & Development. My goal has always been to connect people to resources, tools, and enlightenment to make meaningful impacts in their lives. I help others evolve and grow so that they can thrive.
